Once the donated equipment has been professionally data wiped, our students and volunteers make sure the equipment is fully tested and electronically safe, before it gets allocated to person in need.

We believe computers should be fit for purpose.
This is why we will be happy to repair or exchange any computer that has a Hardware Problem within the first 4 weeks of allocation.

Furthermore, we understand that some users might quickly improve their digital skills and we will be very happy to review and upgrade the equipment of your user 6 months after allocation.
We work hard to match our computers with the right user. That is why we will be happy to research and install specific software, like speech recognition or make installations in specific languages.

Over the last two years only, we have allocated thousands of devices, but we do need funding for this as often, we need to invest in parts.​
