Our students spend 6 weeks practising on our equipment and only move into offering repair services when they feel ready.
By then, they have practised all the basics like replacing keyboards and screens on laptops and installing and customising different operating systems.
We will provide a free diagnosis and only do a repair when you are happy to proceed.
We might ask you to pay for parts if we do not have a refurbished replacement that is suitable for your device or if you prefer to buy new.
We will guide you all the way and will never surprise you with an extra charge.
