Why "Adopt" a Warrior Laptop?

These laptops are "experienced," not new. Previously used in business environments, they have been selected for their quality and performance.

More Than Just a Machine. Think of our laptops like rescue pets: each has a history and a new purpose. By giving one a second home, you get a high-performance machine, prevent landfill waste, and help us donate 200 laptops to those in need during 2026.

Professionally Renewed: We don't just run software tests; we open, deep-clean, and expertly refurbish every unit. Each laptop comes with a Certificate of Refurbishment and a Social Impact Report.

Please Note: These machines have lived. Even "Mint" models may bear faint signs of their past life. We call it character, not a flaw.

Our Quality Grades

We grade every machine honestly, so you know exactly what you’re getting:

  • Mint: Our top tier. Excellent condition. Minimal signs of use; looks almost new.

  • 👍 Good: Great condition. Minor cosmetic marks on the body; screen is clean. (marks are specified).

  • ❤️ Fair: A true warrior in good working order. Visible cosmetic wear (scratches/dents) but fully functional.

Think of your laptop like a piece of IKEA furniture. We've done the hard part, but you get to make it your own. 

 

You will likely need to:

​   ⚙️ Run the latest system updates.

   💾 Install any specific drivers for your needs.

   🚀 Download and install your favourite software.

It’s a small bit of teamwork to get your new partner set up just the way you like it.

What is Normal?
 

  • ​​ It is normal for your laptop to freeze or go very slow with their fans at full capacity on it's first day at home. They are likely downloading updates and doing a lot of things in the background. 

What is NOT Normal?

  • For the laptop to heat up! This is never normal.

  • For the laptop to be slow or not smooth after a couple of days. 

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR COMPUTER PLUGGED IN WHILE RUNNING UPDATES.

3 Month, "No-Guilt" Return Policy

We want you to love your new teammate. If, for any reason, you're not feeling the connection, you have three months to send it back. No questions, no hard feelings. Full refund.

Our Promise: If you don't love your laptop, we still have plenty of love for it and will happily find it another new home.
